• Eligibility and Access:

  • Registration requires email verification, KYC submission (passport, utility bill), and acceptance of these terms via a digital signature.
  • Corporate users need additional documentation (e.g., articles of incorporation).

• Token Ownership and Usage:
  • Tokens (e.g., REIT-001 for a $2M apartment) represent fractional ownership (e.g., 0.01% = $200 stake) backed by legal property titles.
  • Tokens are tradable on our marketplace or redeemable with a 30-day notice, subject to a 1% redemption fee and liquidity availability.
  • Prohibited uses include money laundering, speculation outside the platform, or unauthorized commercial exploitation.

• Fees and Charges:
  • Transaction Fee: 1% per buy/sell/redeem action, deducted at settlement (e.g., $2 on a $200 trade).
  • Management Fee: 2% annually (0.1667% monthly), covering audits, custody, and dividend processing, debited pro-rata from token balances.
  • Additional Costs: Gas fees for blockchain transactions (e.g., ~0.0001 SOL on Solana) are user-paid, estimated at $0.01–$0.05 per action.
  • Fee transparency is ensured via a public dashboard, with quarterly updates notified 14 days in advance.

• Liability and Disclaimers:
  • RWA is not liable for losses from market downturns (e.g., 20% property value drop), blockchain failures (e.g., Solana’s 17-hour outage in September 2021), or user mismanagement (e.g., phishing-induced key loss).
  • We provide no investment advice; users assume full risk. Consult a licensed financial advisor.
  • Third-party liabilities (e.g., custodian Brink’s, DeFi partner Raydium) are governed by their terms, accessible via links on our site.

• Account Suspension and Termination:
  • Suspension occurs for breaches (e.g., failed KYC, suspicious trades >$50,000) with 7 days’ notice, unless law enforcement requires immediate action.
  • Termination results in frozen tokens and forfeited dividends; a 14-day appeal window is provided via [Support Email].
